About the Author
…of legal age, an eighties baby! I am Scandinavian (Norwegian) and Eastern European (Polish and Hungarian). I was born and raised in New England. I graduated college with two degrees in three years (Accounting and Business Administration with a concentration in Finance). I worked for approximately 14 months in my field of study. I ended up hating it. I have decided to go back to school to become a veterinarian. My dream job is to be a vet at the National Zoo, however I do hear Africa calling my name sometimes (anyone heard of the Giraffe Manor?!?!?!). End of story. Just kidding, it isn’t the end.
I am a Seventh-day Adventist and proud of it. I do my best to be a Christian first, though.
I love many things: God, my family, friends, Cocoa Metro, Lulu’s cupcakes (from Lulu’s Sweets on Salem St. in the North End), horses (actually all animals - except goats, they creep me out), AC Milan, the Red Sox, Boston, New England, shiny/sparkly things, New England beaches, globes, maps, my animals, shoes, dresses, perfect jeans, Double Stuf Oreos, cocoa butter, eye liner, eye shadow, eccentric stockings/tights, music (duh - who doesn’t like music?!), funny movies, travelogues, Harry Potter (the books and select movies), [The rest of this list is a work in progress. Because of my decision to start over, I have had to relocate from my beloved New England to Charlotte, North Carolina. There are many reasons behind that decision. I miss home terribly so please excuse the excessive photos, quotes, etc regarding Boston, Mass, New England; as well as the excessive complaining regarding the South.

Perfect Date: cupcakes, the Mapparium, the New England Aquarium, supper at a random restaurant (but not a chain, preferably with an animal in it’s name), walk around Boston - through the Public Garden and ending up down at the waterfront, going to Harry Potter World down in FL and having the whole park reserved just for us. I’m not picky :) Just as long as we have fun!
